The original restaurant was cold and dark with no soft furnishings. In order to attract lunch customers and reflect the new ownership the colour scheme was changed using Farrow & Ball paints. A mirrored wall behind the bar and the use of soft furnishings in gold and burgundy tones created a sophisticated style.
