- Yes, provided someone is physically on site each week. We do weekly visits with filmed walkthroughs, approve invoices only against completed work and report to you on Eastern Time.
- Can you manage planning in County Galway?
- We prepare and run applications with local architects and consultants, including protected structures, scenic amenity areas and Gaeltacht conditions where relevant.
- What does the house need to survive the winter empty?
- Correct ventilation, frost-protected heating, storm-rated glazing and specified external finishes. We set this up as part of the scope, not as an afterthought.
