Protected structures in the city
Most Georgian and many Victorian houses are protected. Windows, fireplaces, plasterwork and layout changes need consent, and we run that process with conservation consultants.
Apartment management companies
Blocks have their own rules on working hours, lifts, noise and insurance. We deal with the management company and the block schedule so the works are not stopped mid-programme.
